Alan Dershowitz (Part 2)- Dershowitz talks about his greatest defeat as a lawyer, the Mike Tyson case. He also discusses the number one legal blunder of 20th century committed by Bill Clinton’s lawyer and the O.J. Simpson case.

In Part 2 of our interview with Alan Dershowitz we discuss the Mike Tyson Rape case, the O.J. Simpson case and much more.   Professor Dershowitz explains how he believes Mike Tyson was factually innocent and was wrongfully convicted mainly because of the trial court not allowing key evidence to be presented.

We also talk about how Bill Clinton’s now famous deposition, which revealed intimate details of his person sex life, could have been completely avoided.  Dershowitz says this was the number one legal blunder of the 20th century.

Finally, Professor Dershowitz tells us about the planting of blood evidence on a sock in the O.J. Simpson trial.  In his opinion, it was this evidence, even more so than the glove that didn’t fit, which persuaded the jury that to acquit.
